REGISTRATION
Registration (Annual) & Enrollment (Quarterly)
Registration of a student into SANGEETAANJALI is an annual event in each
academic year. Enrollment to courses is a quarterly event, which can be done
only if a student is already registered for the current academic year or gets
registered simultaneously with the enrollment to any courses of the ensuing quarter.
When a student enrolls into any course/s of a quarter first time in an
academic year, he/she must get registered for that year by submitting a filled up
registration form and paying the annual Registration fee along with the fees
for enrollment to course/s. Once registered, enrollment into courses during
subsequent quarters in the same year does not need paying registration fee or
filling any form. .
Registration and enrollment fees , payable to ‘Sangeetaanjali‘, must be paid
before a student can join a class in any quarter .
A student may revise his/her enrollment plan within two weeks of his/her
enrollment and may get money refunded or adjusted to a future quarter. No
money is refundable/adjustable if the enrollment plan is not revised within two
weeks of a student's enrollment, even though a student may not be able to
attend a number of classes for any reason whatsoever. The director of
SANGEETAANJALI may waive enrollment requirements only in very special
circumstances to his discretion.
Registration is done through email only.
Fees Payable by Students:
Note: Payments by check only: No cash or credit cards please. A separate check for each student,
even for students of the same family. A check must have the Student name or given ID # and the
number of (Grp/Pvt) classes to enroll for.
Every Student requires to Pay the following Fees:
(A1) an Annual Registration Fee at the beginning of his/her First Quarter in any academic year.
(A2) Tuition Fee at the beginning of each Quarter, and
(A3) a Concert Support Fee (CSF) at the beginning of each Quarter.
(A4) Festival Fee (FF): At the beginning of Winter and Fall Quarters.

Fee Schedule for
Academic Year 2012:
(A1) Annual Registration Fee (ARF):$10.00 year).
(A2) Tuition (Tui):All Tuition Fees are per Quarter and are based on the number of
classes in a quarter. Private classes are 55/50 minute classes for Adult/Child.
Note the Abbreviations used in the Tuition chart below:
FT: Full Time: 12 classes in a Quarter. EFT: Extra-full time: More than 12 classes
in a Quarter.
PT: Part Time: 7 to 11 classes in a Quarter. PTF: Part Time Fee.
EPT: Extra-Part Time: Less than 7 classes in a Quarter. Grp: Group classes; Pvt: Private classes.

Note: Family Enrollment:If two or more members from the same family
enroll for a total number of group and/or private classes not less than
9x(number of students from that family), then each such family member as
enrolled in 9 or more classes will qualify for discounted tuition fees as follows.
Here a family is defined as Husband/Wife/son/daughter only.
Family-Discounted Fees (F/D Fees) = 0.8x(Normal Fees) rounded up to a full Dollar
(A3) Concert Support Fee (CSF):Compulsory each quarter:
Adult: $20 Child:$15.00
(A4) Festival Fee (FF): Compulsory: $10 (Adult & Child) in Winter (for Saraswati Puja Festival) and Fall (for Annual Day Ceremony).
B. Other Fees (as Needed)
(B1) Preparatory classes :(when recommended by a teacher as a special need):
Adult: 1 student (45 min): $40/class , 2 students (60 min): $35/class each
Child: 1 student (40 min): $35/class, 2 students (55 min): $30/class each
(B2) Late Fee : A returning (not newly registered) student may be permitted, for
a late fee of $5.00/week, to pay his/her dues late by no more than two weeks. The
late fee may be waived only in special circumstances at the director's discretion.
